Large portions of Point Township in Posey county are flooded.
Farm land and some main roads are flooded in places southwest and west of Mt. Vernon.
Flooding of numerous sloughs on both sides of the river occurs. Flood waters will begin to back into the lower Wabash River flooding bottomlands in that area.
