  Pond becoming unusually large. Significant local flooding likely in progress. Flow through pipe is likely strong. Pond becoming large to very large. Water more than 4 feet deep at outflow pipe area. Keep children out of pond area.

• 7.3 ft

  Level reached on April 8, 2015 after nearly 2 inches of rain in the area. Water level at the top of concrete structure of pond containing the outflow pipe. Local flooding may be in progress. Water more than 3 feet deep near outflow pipe with an unusual amount of water in the pond.

• 6 ft

  Top of outflow pipe of retention pond. When inflow exceeds the outflow capacity of the pipe, retention pond level rises. Water in retention pond nearly 2 feet deep near outflow.
