Record flooding is occurring. Downtown Portland from Race Street to the Salamonie River between North Williams Street to North Pierce Street is flooded with water as deep as 3ft in locations. The Portland Courthouse is isolated. The river continues to backflow through the storm drainage system north of Pearl Street and is causing flooding for portions of northern Portland, including the Jay County Fairgrounds.
