  Flooding of residential property in the Oakdale area near the dam and Horseshoe Bend area. Flooding also likely in Tecumseh Bend area and Tippecanoe Ranch Estates.

  Carroll County Roads 1200 W and 1225 W south CR 725 N are closed. Four feet of water in some yards in the Horseshoe Bend area. Most other county roads near the river remain open.

  Carroll County EMA recommends voluntary evacuations for vulnerable areas at this level if significant rain is forecast for the local area.

  County Road 1225 W south of CR 725 N begins to flood. Flooding of yards begins.
