110th St floods as the bridge near Dogwood Avenue overtops, the railroad near 140th St begins to flood, and the bridges on 170th St and 180th St are overtopped.
Portions of County Road K30 begin to flood as water reaches the bottom of the bridge on K30.
Dogwood Ave south of 110th St begins to flood, as do 140th St and 180th St. Water overtops the bridge on 140th and 160th St and reaches the bottom of the bridges on 110th St, 170th St, and 180th St.
120th St begins to flood and water overtops the bridge on 120th St.
Major agricultural flooding begins and at least a couple of outbuildings may be impacted. Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on 120th St near Dogwood Ave, and portions of Dogwood Ave and the railroad tracks can begin to flood.
