Flood waters reach the cement foundations of metal storage bins on Wea Street in Oxford. South of the bins, flooding occurs on Wea Street and into the low lying areas of the flood plain. Flood waters flow across a section of Highway 160 east of the river bridge near the Sumner Cowley County line.
Flood waters are within a few feet of reaching the dirt road that surrounds the metal grain bins. On Wea Street south of the bins the road floods in the low-lying area that leads into the flood plain. Expect widespread flooding of low-lying farmland.
Flood waters cover Wea Street leading east into the low lying areas of the flood plain.
Low lying agricultural fields flood north of the river gage site.
