South Emma Creek Rd will flood from SW 36th to SW 48th St. Just to the east of Emma Creek Rd a section of SW 72nd St floods right before reaching the creek bridge. High water on N Mission Rd about 2 tenths of a mile from NW 12th St hinders the road impassable.
