Building on the extreme east side of Chanute may take on water up to 7 feet.
Highway 39 east of Chanute near the river bridge floods to a depth of about 1 foot and 3/4 of a mile long. Grady Road along the river which is northeast of Chanute floods. Considerable flooding occurs across old Highway 169.
A few isolated dwellings in the eastern outskirts of Chanute are subject to flooding.
Flood waters flow across old Highway 169 at half mile south of the gage site or 2 miles north of Chanute.
Flood waters may flow across old Highway 169 north of Chanute. Agricultural flooding will also occur.
Flooding occurs along 800 Street from Patrolia down to Chanute. Also 3/4 of a mile east of Chanute, Dump Road floods.
The right bank overflows and agricultural flooding can be expected.
