Near record flooding of the Cypress Village, Caddo Lake State Park, and Uncertain, Texas as well as on the Louisiana side of the lake through Mooringsport. Expect near record backwater flooding of homes up through James Bayou. Major flooding also develops between levee systems below Caddo Lake on Twelve Mile Bayou.
