  Comparable to the flood level reached in April 1987. Properties severely flooded or are totally isolated for an extended duration between Auburn and Topsham. Large portions of agricultural lands across the Androscoggin Valley are under water.

  In Lewiston, 3 feet of water covers portions of Lincoln Street as well as River Street at Oxford Street. In Auburn, water enters businesses off Center Street between Grove Street and Stanley Street.

  Major flooding occurs. Water up to Center Street or Route 4 near River Road in Auburn. Lincoln Street flooded in Lewiston. Impacts expanding into multiple residential and commercial buildings.

  In Auburn, water rises up to the foundations of homes on Newbury Street and businesses on North River Road. In Lewiston, flooding occurs on Lincoln Street and Tall Pines Drive.

  In Lewiston, flooding begins near the intersection of River Road and Ferry Road as well as Switzerland Road near St. Peter's Cemetery.

  Moderate flooding occurs. In Lewiston, River Street floods and Lincoln Street begins to flood. In Auburn, the basement of Roak Block on Main Street floods and water approaches structures on Newbury Street. Flooding of Route 136 at Stackpole Road in Durham occurs.

  Flooding starts around Heritage Park in Lewiston. The parking lot behind Roak Block on Main Street in Auburn floods. River Road in Livermore floods.
