(MLLW) MAJOR FLOODING. At this level, extensive inundation in Oxford will result in a threat to property and life. Cars will be submerged if not relocated. In some cases, water will be 2 to 3 feet above ground level across the peninsula resulting in impassable roadways.

(MLLW) MODERATE FLOODING. Flooding becomes more widerspread across Oxford resulting in an elevated threat of car and property damage. Flooding expands onto West Pier Street and Bay View Avenue. Water will be 1 to 2 feet above ground level across low lying areas making roads impassable in some cases.

(MLLW) MINOR FLOODING. At this level, expect up to one foot of water above ground level across low lying areas on the Oxford peninsula. This includes portions of Tilghman Street, Bank street, Market Street, and North Morris Street. Bonfield Avenue also begins to flood.
