Significant flooding is ongoing along Jones Falls upstream of Lake Roland. Falls Road is flooded for much of its length between the Baltimore Beltway and Old Pimlico Road. Water approaches Old Court Road west of Falls Road, and may be flowing across it.

Falls Road is flooded near each of the three river crossings between the Baltimore Beltway and Old Pimlico Road. Water covers the entire parking lot at the Rockland Grist Mill and is in nearby structures.

Water begins to cover Falls Road in spots between the Jones Falls Expressway and Old Pimlico Road. Floodwaters also approach the parking lot of the Rockland Grist Mill and approach structures on that property.
