  Floodwaters begin to enter the store at Whites Ferry.

  Water reaches the boat ramp and lower parking area at Edwards Ferry, and begins to inundate areas near Whites Ferry.

  The Chisel Branch Hiker/Biker Campsite near the C&O Canal trail starts flooding.
