Significant flooding is occurring in the Annapolis City Dock area, and on portions of the Naval Academy campus. Numerous roads and fields are flooded, and water is in several buildings.

The boardwalk at the Annapolis City Dock is underwater. Water also affects several locations near the city dock, including portions of Compromise Street and several streets on the Naval Academy campus. Franklin Manor Beach floods along Chesapeake Dr between Carrol St and Dartmouth St. Venice on the Bay begins to flood at Bay St and Hilltop Rd.

In Annapolis, Dock Street along with parts of Compromise Street, 6th Street, and Chester Avenue are likely closed due to flooding.
