Flood waters reach the entrance of the St. Clair post office.
Water begins overtopping the Park St N. bridge and flowing over the bridge.
County Road 28 experiences flooding just north of the bridge. Flood waters also reach the base of the pump station near the post office. The temporary wall needs to be installed to protect the pump station prior to reaching this level.
Flood waters begin impacting multiple homes along Fitzloff Ave and Park St N.
Flood waters reach the intersection of Park St N. and Fitzloff Ave.
Water reaches the bottom of the Park St N. bridge deck.
Low lying area between Schalow Dr. and Fitzloff Ave. begins to flood at this level as water backs up through the drainage system connected to the river.
Valve needs to be closed at the Wastewater Treatment Plant to prevent flood waters from backfilling into the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
