The bridge on Highway 4/E Main St in Luverne is overtopped as is the bridge on 41st St/County Rd 1 south of Luverne.
The lowest portions of E Main St in Luverne may begin to flood as do numerous structures near Blue Mound Ave on the southeast side of Luverne.
Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Highway 4/E Main St at the gage in Luverne. The bridge on 91st St/County Rd 13 is overtopped and the road flooded.
The railroad tracks in Luverne are flooded and additional residential structures are threatened in the area of S Blue Mound Ave.
The lowest portions of 41st St/County Rd 1 begin to flood west of the bridge.
The right bank levee in Luverne is overtopped and floods the baseball field. This may also allow water to approach some structures on the eastern edge of Luverne.
The left bank levees at the Luverne city park begin to be overtopped and the park may be under 5 to 6 feet of water.
Significant agricultural flooding begins.
The lowest lying areas begin to flood.
