Flood water will cover all lanes of Highway 81 and also begin to cut off access to areas south of Hebron via 13th Street.
Flood water will begin to spread onto a lane or two of Highway 81 on the east side of Hebron
River Road will become inundated by flood water and will likely be impassible.
Flood water will begin to spill over 1st Street north of Road M in Hebron.
Flood water will begin to spill over 4th Street between Park Avenue and Holdrege Avenue in Hebron.
Flood water will spread into low lying areas along, but not covering Highway 81, 13th Street, and River Road in Hebron.
The Little Blue River will begin to spill out of its banks and inundate low lying areas west of Highway 81.
