  Portions of the banks in and around Homer begin to be overtopped, resulting in flooding within the town of Homer.

  Minor flooding of some low lying areas becomes more likely upstream of Homer.

  Minor flooding is possible just south of Homer near the junction of Fiddlers Creek.
