  Water begins to encroach on businesses west of Park Drive.

• 30 ft

  Park Drive begins to flood.

• 29 ft

  Commercial and residentials areas along the creek, including the Fairgrounds, begin to flood. This level also represents what is commonly referred to as the 100-year floodplain.

• 25.5 ft

  The bike path floods. In addition, more overbank flooding, especially east of the creek, begins.

• 22.5 ft

  Water leaves the channel via a notch along the right bank.
