Due to high water on the Rockaway River, water backs up through storm drains and flood portions of Lancaster Avenue, Normandy Drive, Buckingham Circle, Sheffield Place, Manchester Drive and Konner Avenue in Montville. High water on the Rockaway also backs up Hatfield Creek in Montville and causes additional flooding on Lancaster Avenue.
