  Route 59 across from the Palisades Center and Dunkin' closes in both directions to traffic due to flooding. Waist-high water at points submerging the roadways. Water begins to inundate neighboring businesses. Flooding also occurs on homes and properties along Klein Avenue, south of 287 and retention pond. Flooding also reported on Bobbie Lane and Cemetery Lane.

  Route 59 closes due to flooding and AMC movie theater parking lot completely floods. Nyack water plant facility alond Hackensack begins to flood.

  Route 59 along the Hackensack River flooded. Both eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 59 closes due to flooding in front of the Palisades Center Mall.

  Around 6.5 feet, road along retention pond south of Route 59 begins to flood, inundating the eastbound lane of Route 59 and then the westbound lane of Route 59.
