Flooding and road closure on NY 303 both directions and area of NY 59 in Clarkstown. Road closure due to flooding on Palisades Interstate Parkway, near the Palisades Mall, along Route 59 by Pascack Road near the Nanuet/Spring Valley border. Flooding of homes and properties along Klein Avenue, south of 287 and retention pond.
Route 59 across from the Palisades Center and Dunkin' closes in both directions to traffic due to flooding. Waist-high water at points submerging the roadways. Water begins to inundate neighboring businesses. Flooding also occurs on homes and properties along Klein Avenue, south of 287 and retention pond. Flooding also reported on Bobbie Lane and Cemetery Lane.
Route 59 closes due to flooding and AMC movie theater parking lot completely floods. Nyack water plant facility alond Hackensack begins to flood.
