Low lying areas of River Road and Backus Camp Road between Rensselaer Falls and Heuvelton will flood. Lowland flooding of fields and cropland along the river will also occur. Downstream in Ogdensburg, low lying portions of Simms Camp Road and the Maple City recreational path will be inundated. Shoreline flooding is also possible on Black Lake.
