Portions of Colington Road will be inundated and impassable, along with many secondary roads.

  Minor flooding in soundside Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the sounds, Kitty Hawk Bay, Colington Creek and other tributaries. Minor flooding in Colington. Low lying roads in Colington will see minor inundation and may be impassable.

  Very low lying areas in soundside Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Colington Creek and other tributaries will see minor flooding.
