BUILDINGS AT THE INTERSECTION OF COMMONWEALTH AVE AND MORNINGSIDE DRIVE WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD.A FEW HOMES ON LABURNUM AVENUE AND BAY STREET AREA WILL FLOOD.
WATER WILL APPROACH A FEW HOMES IN THE LABURNUM AVE AND BAY STREET AREAS.
AT THIS STAGE THE CREEK WILL BE OUT OF ITS BANKS. MASONIC DR AND CENTRAL AVE WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD.
CREEK WILL BE OUT OF BANKS AND FLOODING MASONIC DRIVE AND CENTRAL AVENUE.
Action/Advisory Stage. Briar Creek floodwaters are approaching Masonic Dr with flooding of Masonic Dr imminent. Floodwaters are beginning to inundate portions of the Briar Creek Greenway between Central Ave and Harbinger Ct.
