The Anderson Drive bridge and adjacent roadway are inundated. Widespread flooding is expected along roads adjacent to Crabtree Creek.
Major flooding continues upstream and downstream of Anderson Drive. Water will reach the under clearance of the Anderson Drive bridge. Floodwaters will reach McNeil Street.
Major flooding begins along Crabtree Creek near Anderson Drive. Water will flood the lower homes on Claremont Drive opposite the creek and start to encroach on businesses along Rucker Street.
Moderate flooding begins along Crabtree Creek as water reaches the lowest point of Claremont Drive. Floodwaters will extend to portions of Noble Road, Hawes Court, and Oxford Road. Downstream of Anderson Drive, parking lots of businesses along Rucker Street may start to experience flooding as water levels continue to rise.
Minor flooding begins along Crabtree Creek at Anderson Drive. Water will reach the basements of the lowest homes on the creek side of Claremont Drive and inundate the Crabtree Creek Trail. Downstream of Anderson Drive, water levels may begin to encroach on parking lots of businesses along Rucker Street. Localized flooding expected in low-lying areas adjacent to the creek.
