BANKFULL STAGE = 2130 ELEVATION. STAGE AT WHICH PARTS OF THE JACKSON COUNTY RECREATION COMPLEX (828-293-3053)...AND PARKING LOT OF SPEEDWELL GENERAL STORE WILL BEGIN TO FLOOD. CULUWHEE CREEK FLOWS THROUGH WCU CAMPUS.
