Any travel in the vicinity of the stream on the southeast side of Greenville is likely impossible as at least several feet of water inundates roads near crossings. Numerous homes and businesses adjacent to the stream are likely surrounded by water, with some structures inundated by a few feet of water. Swift flowing water across the roadway is likely just east of the intersection of 14th street and Charles Boulevard.
Travel around the ECU campus becomes increasingly difficult with several main roads closed. Charles Boulevard is impassable near the stream, as well as the end of Ficklen Drive. Water may also cover portions of Evans Road and 14th street. Some structures along 10th Street are threatened. Water also reaches portions of nearby Lower Minges parking lot, and the ECU College Hill parking lot is inundated by several feet of water.
Water likely covers portions of Charles Boulevard adjacent to the stream. The driveway for Bower Apartments becomes inundated with several feet of water, and is likely impassable. Water also spreads to portions of Ficklen Drive and Deck Street, and inundates portions of ECU College Hill parking lot.
Water spills out of the banks and into low lying areas adjacent to the stream. Water may cover portions of the driveway for the Bower Apartments, as well as areas of Green Mill Run Greenway and ECU College Hill parking lot.
