What Floods at Each Level

10 ft

WATER WILL BE COVERING LINCREST PLACE AND HOMES WILL BE AFFECTED.

9 ft

Moderate Flood Stage. Addison Dr is inundated by 12-24 inches of rapidly flowing floodwaters, capable of picking up vehicles. Floodwaters have cut off access to residential driveway closest to McMullen Creek and floodwaters may begin entering crawl space of adjacent home. Damming effects of Addison Dr culverts forces McMullen Creek to expand significantly into adjacent low-lying areas possibly affecting residential yards along Wonderwood Dr, Brook Forest Ln, Shasta Ln, Robinhood Rd, and Shady Bluff Ln.

8.2 ft

Minor Flood Stage continues. Addison Dr is inundated by 10-18 inches of rapidly flowing floodwaters, capable of picking up vehicles. Overtopping of Addison Dr from Robinhood Rd to Lincrest Pl has relieved damming effect upstream of Addison Dr, causing spike in stage downstream and reduction of residential yard inundation between Addison Dr, Chaplin Ln, and Nottingham Dr. However, a spike in inundation will result downstream of Addison Dr, impacting Lincrest Pl.

8.1 ft

Minor Flood Stage continues. Addison Dr is inundated by 8-12 inches of rapidly flowing floodwaters. Lincrest Pl is likely inundated. Floodwaters expand down Addison Dr and approach closest driveway to McMullen Creek. Widespread inundation up to 12 inches deep of low-lying areas in the vicinity of Addison Dr and Lincrest Pl. Culvert damming effect may create psuedo crest as flow backs up upstream of gauge above Addison Dr. Expect jump in crest once significant overtopping occurs along Addison Dr.

8 ft

Minor Flood Stage continues. Addison Dr is inundated by 6-10 inches of rapidly flowing floodwaters, capable of picking up vehicles. Lincrest Pl is likely inundated. Addison Dr culverts create damming effect making stage unreliable and resulting in significant variations in impacts. Floodwaters expand up to 100-200 ft along Addison Dr on either side of McMullen Creek and flooding of adjacent residental yards expands, up to 6 inches deep and approaching home on Addison Dr closest to McMullen Creek

7.9 ft

Minor Flood Stage continues. Addison Dr is inundated by 4-6 inches of rapidly flowing floodwaters. Floodwaters expand up to 50-75 feet along Addison Dr on either side of McMullen Creek and flooding of adjacent residental yards begins.

7.8 ft

Minor Flood Stage continues. Addison Dr is inundated by 2-4 inches of floodwaters and McMullen Creek exceeds its banks up and downstream of the Addison Dr culverts, flooding adjacent low-lying areas.

7.5 ft

Minor Flood Stage. McMullen Creek begins to dam at Addison Dr culverts. Flooding of Addison Dr is imminent.

7 ft

Action/Advisory Stage. McMullen Creek is approaching Addison Dr., but remains within banks.
