Widespread and significant flooding throughout Belhaven, with businesses and homes flooded. Many roads will be impassable with inundation (including Highway 264 and Route 99), making it difficult to get in and out of the town of Belhaven. Portions of Belhaven will be cut by floodwaters.
Numerous residences and businesses will see flooding. Flooding along East Water Street, East Main Street, and East Pungo Street. Route 99 near Schooner Point will flood. Flooding on Highway 264 from Scranton to Rose Bay.
Minor flooding in the town of Belhaven, flooding docks and yards adjacent to the Pungo River, Pantego Creek, and tributaries. Flooding along Schrams Beach Road and along Old Pamlico Beach Road.
Very low lying areas adjacent to those bodies of water may begin to see minor flooding, including locations near the Belhaven Marina.
