Widespread and significant flooding throughout southern Nags Head with homes and businesses flooded. Many primary and secondary roads adjacent to the sound will be impassable with several feet of inundation. This includes portions of the Causeway and NC-12.

Many secondary roads adjacent to the sound will be inundated with water and may be impassable, including South Oregon Inlet Road and S Colony Drive South in South Nags Head, as well as portions of NC-12 from Nags Head to Oregon Inlet. Minor flooding at the Bodie Island Lighthouse Visitor Center.
