1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE TO 2 HOURS IN AREAS WEST OF THIS GAGE WILL LIKELLY CAUSE FLOODING ALONG ALLEN BRANCH AND COPE CREEKS. IF THESE CREEKS OVERFLOW THEY FLOOD TRAILER PARKS.
