Portions of Highway 64 will be inundated with water and may be impassable (including the Nags Head Causeway). Many secondary roads will be inundated and impassable, including areas in downtown Manteo. Flooding throughout Wanchese, including portions of NC 345 and secondary roads, which may be impassable.
