What Floods at Each Level

30 ft

Devastating flooding similar to Hurricane Floyd.  Widespread major flooding of homes and businesses between HWY 33 and HWY 43 northwest of Greenville. Most roads are impassible. Homes in and around Ironwood Golf Course may be flooded.

26 ft

Homes and businesses along Stokes Road and Old River Road are inundated. Water overflows onto HWY 222 just east of the bridge. Water inundates trailer homes around Van Ness Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, and Embarcadero Avenue on the north side of the river.

Widespread flooding on the north side of the river. Several residences are likely inundated on the west side of Stokes Road, and within the Cypress Sand Cobb Acres Mobile Home Park. Stokes Road is impassable in a few spots, and so is Old River Road and HWY 33 near Conetoe Creek.

Water threatens homes on Van Ness Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, and Embarcadero Avenue. Significant inundation of Ironwood Golf and Country Club. Old River Road floods between HWY 222 and HWY 33. Old River Road may also be flooded further to the east at Johnson Mill Run. Water may threaten homes along Old Fort Road.

Minor flooding occurs along the river. Water floods several holes at Ironwood Golf and Country Club. Water inundates the public boat launch area off of HWY 222. Water may cover portions of Old River Road and HWY 33 near Conetoe Creek.
