In Youngstown portions of eastern Marshall and Mahoning Avenue inundated just north of Highway 680.

Meander Creek backup likely to flood McKees Lane and Main Street. The western portion of Youngstown near Austintown floods near Salt Springs Road and Division Street. The eastside of Youngstown along Wilson Avenue north to the city limits is inundated.
