Significant flooding occurs along Hollander Street to the north of Weaver Boulevard, as well as onto Riverview Drive near the river. Widespread flooding of Owens Corning property near East Shields Street occurs, with water several feet deep in some areas of the property. Significant flooding of Everett Park occurs, with water several feet deep, and some flooding of homes along Pleasant, Lincoln, North, Valley and East Church Streets. This river stage is close to the FEMA 1 percent flood.
