Significant flooding of homes in Greenbrier Village Mobile Home Park occurs, as well as significant flooding of homes and property near the river along Ridgely Tract Road with water several feet deep in these areas. Flooding also occurs along Mill Dam Road, with property flooded and some homes incurring flooding.

Flood waters of 1 to 3 feet deep inundate the Greenbriar Village mobile home community. A long stretch of Ridgely Tract Road from the river westward to near Route 79 is flooded.
