Extensive and severe backwater flooding takes place on the Little River upstream to Pine Creek Dam. The Texas, Oklahoma and Eastern railroad from Glover to Wright City, Oklahoma is flooded and closed in numerous locations.

  Major flooding will take place on the Glover River west of Glover, Oklahoma to its confluence with the Little River with several hundreds of acres inundated. Livestock should be moved away from both the Little and Glover Rivers.

  Minor to moderate flooding will take place on the Glover River west of Glover, Oklahoma and especially at its confluence with the Little River west of Golden, Oklahoma.
