expect major flooding of low-lying areas from Cloverdale and Highway 58 downstream to the confluence with the Middle Fork of the Willamette near Springfield. Flooding of residential areas along Devonshire Drive, Dilley Lane, and near Seavey Loop Road north of Highway 58 near Goshen is likely.
