expect widespread flooding of homes and roads in and around Farmington, Tualatin, and West Linn. Historically, numerous homes in Tualatin along and near the river have flooded at this level. The Oswego Canal inlet gate will likely be overtopped.

expect major flooding of numerous homes and roads from Farmington downstream to Tualatin. Historically, evacuations in several areas including Farmington, Tualatin, and Rivergrove have taken place when the river reached this stage. The Oswego Canal inlet gate is in danger of being overtopped.
