  expect flooding of some homes and widespread lowland flooding. Highway 99E may be flooded and closed in numerous locations at this level.

  major flood stage, Expect widespread flooding along the Willamette between Eugene and Albany, including several stretches of Hwy 99E in the vicinity of Harrisburg.

  expect widespread low land flooding mainly west of the river. Portions of Highway 99E may be flooded. Historically, flooding near the Harrisburg Bridge has occurred at this and higher stages.

  expect minor flooding along the Willamette River, mainly concentrated along the western banks.
