The river exceeds the banks outside of levee protected areas downstream of E. Parker Street. Significant flooding occurs in several parts of the Lower Green Ridge and Providence neighborhoods.
Flooding affects properties and homes in the Mavine Dutch Gap neighborhood closest to Wells, Watkins and North Main, especially if Leggetts Creek is high.
Albright, Olive and Poplar Street bridges are flooded.
