  Crest of June 2006. Significant flooding occurred throughout the valley.

• 19.97 ft

  Rapid snowmelt and heavy rain event flooding event in January 1996.

• 19.69 ft

  Crest from the September 2004 flood. Shadowbrook Resort Golf Club floods. Portions of US Route 6 flooded from Dixon to Tunkhannock.

• 17 ft

  Major flooding begins. Lazy Brook Park is inundated. Widespread evacuations along the creek have taken place in the past. Portions of SR 92 are flooded near East Lemon.

• 14 ft

  Moderate flooding begins. In the past, some evacuations have occurred in Lazy Brook Park, especially the southern parts of Overlook Road and Brookside Boulevard. Cozy Creek Campground is inundated.

• 12 ft

  The Cozy Creek Family Campground begins to flood at this stage.

• 11 ft

  Minor flooding occurs in the floodplain along the river. In the past, some residences have been evacuated along Brookside Park Drive.
