Extensive major flooding will inundate the entire stretch of the Edisto River from around Cat Hole downstream to below Canadys. Nearly all river access roads will be likely be flooded and impassable, and most homes along the river will likely only be accessible by boat. Any non-elevated homes near the river will experience damaging flooding as well. Also, Sidneys Road near the gage location will likely be flooded and closed.
Flood waters from the Edisto River will impact a large area from around Cat Hole downstream to below Canadys. Nearly all river access roads will be impacted, with several roads likely impassable and inundated with 1 to 2 feet of water. Impacted roads will include Biscayne Court, Salcro Lane, Serenity Bluff Lane, Sandy Landing Lane, Cannon Road, Hobbie Lane, Deep River Road, Badger Lane, Blackwater Trail, Deepwater Trail, River Rest Lane, Ron Court, and Rio Vista Lane.
Minor flooding will impact areas along the Edisto River from around Cat Hole to below Canadys. Weeks Landing at Highway 15 will flood and become inaccessible. Water will impact several roads along the river including Sandy Landing Lane, Blackwater Trail, and Deepwater Trail.
