The event caused major flooding along French Quarter Creek including 3 to 4 feet of water inundating the first level of most homes. Also, deep flood waters covered French Quarter Creek Road making homes in the neighborhood accessible only by boat.

  At 12.5 feet, extensive and significant flooding will occur along French Quarter Creek. The first level of many homes along French Quarter Creek will be inundated with 1 to 2 feet of water. Impacts will be most significant in homes built at ground level. French Quarter Creek Road will be flooded and some sections of the road could be under a foot or more of water, making the road impassable.

  At 11.5 feet, water will begin to enter the first level of some homes along French Quarter Creek. For homes built at ground level, water will likely enter the living space and cause damage. For elevated homes, water will mainly impact garages and any finished lower level spaces. Also, water will reach and start to cover portions of French Quarter Creek Road.
