At 11 feet, widespread damaging flooding occurs along Ireland Creek as water enters numerous homes and businesses.
At 10 feet, water begins to approach and enter businesses along Ivanhoe Road between Forest Hills Road and Lands End Road. Flood waters around the homes on Ireland Creek Drive deepens and water will rise up to the top step of the porches of the homes.
At 9.5 feet, Ivanhoe Road and Ireland Creek Drive become impassable and Sweat Street begins to flood from around the curve to N Jefferies Boulevard. Also, water begins to surround the homes located off of Ireland Creek Drive.
At 9 feet, minor flooding impacts expand around Ireland Creek. The flooding of Ireland Creek Drive worsens and the intersection of Ireland Creek Drive and Dowling Avenue begins to flood as well. Ivanhoe Road becomes completely inundated near the shopping center and water covers a large portion of the shopping center parking lot.
At 8 feet, minor flooding begins along Ireland Creek. Water will begin to impact Ivanhoe Road along the shopping center parking lot as well as Ireland Creek Drive near the homes between Dowling Avenue and Forest Hills Road.
At 7 feet, Ireland Creek reaches bankfull.
