Ground level structures these areas will flood and many homes will be isolated. Pee Dee RD S will flood N of Amhurst RD.

Additional areas in Cartwheel Landing begin to flood. Roads in Knife Island may begin to flood and low areas along Red Bluff CT, Grices Ferry RD, and Hill RD off Hwy 917 may flood. Parts of Deerview CT may begin to flood. Unpaved access roads nearer the river will flood and limit access to structures nearer the river.
