The Powwow grounds are completely under water, and flooding reaches onto the football field at the high school.
Water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Hwy 13
Highway 13 north of the gauge begins to flood, and the roads leading into the Powwow Grounds are flooded. Also, the areas around 2nd Avenue and Water Street are flooded.
N. Crescent Street north of the bridge floods, the golf course at the Flandreau Country Club begins to flood, and 230th Street floods near the park.
Water begins to approach some structures within Flandreau Park
479th Avenue between 224th and 225th Streets begins to flood.
Widespread agricultural flooding begins, Flandreau Park begins flooding, the parking lot at the weir dam is flooded, and the road behind the football field at the high school begins to flood.
Water starts to cross the road at the north end of the park in Flandreau.
