Numerous residential, industrial, and agricultural properties near the river in the Cockrill Bend, Bells Bend, Charlotte Park, Centenary, and Beacon Square areas are significantly impacted by floodwaters. Many primary and secondary roads are also flooded and impassable including River Rd and River Rd Pike. Water begins to approach Cockrill Bend Blvd and Ashland City Hwy, and may be impassable at higher levels.

Many residential, industrial, and agricultural properties are affected in the Cockrill Bend, Bells Bend, Charlotte Park, Centenary, and Beacon Square areas.
