Flooding may begin of the high school baseball field and some of the stream-adjacent parking lots.
More flooding of Tiger Drive, and perhaps also in the RV campground across the stream from Tiger Drive.
Low spots along Tiger Drive behind the the high school, including the trash depot, may begin to flood.
Flooding might begin of the stream-adjacent RV camping lots off of Sequoia Road. This would be the case if the gage is reading high flows from Walden Creek, but not if the gage is encountering backwater from high flows from the West Prong Little Pigeon River, as the gage is located near their merger.
