At this stage the river has reached the elevation of the Aquarium bridge surface. Additional businesses along the river take water. Businesses along Greystone Heights Road, including the restaurant and hotel, are facing substantial water encroachment.
A couple of businesses along River Road opposite the river upstream from the bridge may begin to take water.
Water begins to enter a restaurant located at bridge, perhaps due to the increase in water splashing onto the bridge. Ponding of the low spot along Greystone Heights Road increases. A couple of the businesses lining the river along the Parkway downstream from the bridge may also be taking water. Riverside portions of the Parkway near the bridge become covered with shallow water.
Water hitting the bridge can splash up onto the bridge and flow downhill along Greystone Heights Road toward a hotel that may have to sandbag as water increasingly ponds on the property and road.
Water may begin to encroach upon River Road in spots upstream from the bridge.
River is out of its banks.
